Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was very simple. I was informed of a time during which I would do a phone interview with a company recruiter affiliated with my university. During the conversation, I was asked no technical questions - in fact, I wasn't asked anything. The very first thing out of the recruiter's mouth was, "Do you have any questions for me about Booz Allen?" The interview consisted of my questions and her responses. Once I found out I got the job, the hiring process was a breeze.
