Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A Booz Allen experienced hire recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn regarding an open position. She sent me the position description and also did a phone screen. About 2 weeks later, I did an in person interview where I met with 3 people on the project team individually for 30 minutes per person. The interview was a behavioral interview, no case required. After the interview I did not receive any further communication. I later heard through other contacts that Booz Allen did not win the contract for that project.
