After the first contact which is encouraged from the side of the company, the process consist of CV screening, numerical test and two rounds of interviews (2 interviews each, firstly with Project Leaders, then with Partners).
The structure of interviews is pretty much normal, first part is the fit, then followed by cases and at the end you can ask questions. In comparison with McK the interview seems to be way less structured, in the fit part, you just have to be friendly, knew why you did that and that and be able to put it in a structured way, which makes sense.
Cases were also less structured, but that made them a bit more difficult. You do not have to put a very sophisticated structure up from, but you have to be sharp, think on your feet, cut through the problem quickly and then figure out if it makes sense given the dynamics of the business.
