Interview
I had a skills test delivered to my email about one or two weeks after I applied. I then had a 1 on 1 with an associate in a location not for the one I was interviewing for (provided 1st choice- non NYC). It began with behaviourals then fairly straightforward case study on revenue. Messed it up however.

Skills Test
Interview
Applied online and was involved with the campus recruiting at school. Was initially not selected for the process but was later called by the recruiter and asked for an interview. First round consisted of a behavioral/fit interview with a manager followed by an online casing test. Passed and made it to the second (presumably final) round with a Partner and Director, each consisting of a behavioral followed by a case.
Interview Questions
Very standard FIT/behavioral questions for consulting (tell me about yourself, why BCG, why consulting, why Seattle, tell me about a time you faced challenges on a team, etc.) Nothing out of the ordinary for the case portions as well, but as a marginally slower thinker and speaker I found the partner in the second round to be quite rude, blunt, and impatient, so expect be prepared for varying attitudes from your interviewers. You can probably tell within the first minute or so of speaking to them.

Interview
At first, I had to do an online aptitude test that was pretty straightforward. It was a lot of personality tests, what would you do in this situation, etc. There was also pattern recognition and quick math stuff. I did not get an offer.
Interview Questions
I did not expect the questions to repeated. there was a lot of asking the same question but in reverse, different wording, similar answers, etc.
