The interview process was excellent. I had applied for an internship position in the spring, but declined to interview due to conflicts with other interviews. Over the summer, though, BCG organized many events for people to get to know the firm, including virtual sessions, one-on-one calls, etc. I would highly encourage people to use these opportunities to get to know the firm. My sense through networking and interviewing was that BCG has extremely interesting cases and surprisingly good work-life balance. To some extent, the stereotype of BCG being more academic/intellectual seems to be true.

The first and final rounds both consisted of two back-to-back interviews, each of which included a fit component and a short case.
