Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online with CV & Cover Letter and was invited one week later for an interview at their office. This consisted of 2 one-on-one interviews and a computerized test. The test lasted for 45 minutes with c. 25 questions. Wasn't very difficult. All you had to do was analyse some graphs, do some calculations etc. A little bit harder than these standard SHL tests you get when applying to many firms but not much harder. The one-on-one interviews were each 1 hour long and consisted of half an hour of CV/Personal stuff and half an hour of case study. The cases weren't too bad (one M&A, one profitability). Got a call that same day that I was passed through to the final round, which would take place whenever I wanted to. Final round was 2 one-on-one interviews with partners and one 'written case'. The partner interviews were very similar to what I had seen in the first round. The written case was basically me sitting in an office for 2 hours with an information pack about a case and then I had to present my findings to a partner.
