I skipped the Problem Solving test because of my participation and proceeding to the finals of their case study competition. The whole process consisted of 4 1on1 interviews in two rounds.

The BCG consultants and their HR were excellent in flexibility and approach.
Behavioral part: They wanted to get the best out of me. Asking a lot of questions, especially why questions in order to get to as fundamental level of your thinking as possible. So it is better to align your personal values, goals, even personal mission statement in advance and really have them in line. Then it´s easy.

Case study part: These were not so difficult. With enough practice, it is very possible to go through almost all possible case study scenarios. They want to see that you are able to make reasonable assumptions, be quick with numbers, and think in a very structured way.
