Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Attended Bridge to BCG NYC, got automatic first round interview. First round had two 45 minute interviews, with 10 min on fit, 30 on case and 5 minutes at end for questions. Final round had 1 interview with a partner (same structure) and a written case interview. Had 45 minutes to select top slides to present to a Principal, which also had a fit component
