Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very supportive- once you get past the first round (which is a 1:1 behavioral interview and also a case interview administered by a chat bot) they set you up with a BCG buddy who is an associate at the office you are interviewing at. The buddy will do case prep with you and also offer any advice. They also had an additional person from the office reach out to do case prep. Once they rejected me, the recruiter called to give feedback. Overall one of the most comprehensive recruiting processes.
