I interviewed for the role of a consultant.

I went through the experienced hire route, so having an employee referral helped a lot in getting the interview. The overall process was amazing. I went through two rounds of interview. First round consisted of two 30 min interviews with the project leader. They asked some fit questions and then moved on to the case interview. The second was very similar except for the fact that the interview was with the partners. I though I was able to solve the cases and fit portion went well too, but I guess the benchmark was a bit higher. But at every point during the entire process, I had the feeling that BCG wanted me to succeed and do well in the interview. I enjoyed the experience even though I did not get the offer.
