firstly i applied to the company online. then after maybe two weeks they called me to go there and do a online test, a lot similar to the one mckinsey gives, but quicker. then that afternoon i received an email inviting me to do two 1 on 1 interviews the following week. Each one took about 1 hour and it was the normal fit part on the beginning, followed by a case and lastly questions about the company (me asking). I would advice to talk with people from the firm before going in and truly understand the firms values and culture. Networking could be the differentiating factor.
