Send online application and after 2 weeks got invitation to first round interviews. First round is case and fit interviews with multiple project leaders. You spend half hour with case and half hour with fit questions (e.g. why consulting, why this company, leadership experience..). Also, during the first round you will need to do online problem solving test. Test is really similar to GMAT and is not that hard overall if you are able to manage time. Second round is very similar than first round with more experienced consultants and partners. You will know quite quickly if you get to second round or got an offer.
