Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First-round was a standard behavioral interview with a senior member of the firm. This part was pretty lowkey, I think I had already moved on about halfway through when he encouraged me to ask more questions about the firm to see whether I would actually enjoy working there. Then, I had to do a timed online case module which mostly comprised of multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank math questions. Finally, the final round comprised of two real-time case questions. I struggled with one of the two cases and therefore didn't get an offer. My advice to others would be to prepare better than you think you will need to be. If you get tripped up by either of the cases it's unlikely you'll get an offer, so preparation and communication is key.
