Please describe the interview / hiring process.
BCG's cases are very different from the cases given by other consulting companies. They are designed to not to follow any framework. Instead, the interviewers want you to start the analysis from scratch to test your logical thinking and creativity. Both cases I got are about pharmaceutical industry. A lot of graphs.
