Please describe the interview / hiring process.
online case study; a behavioral screen with HR; then 3 rounds that included cases (standard consulting cases) and behavioral questions. Have a good answer for "why consulting", "why BCG", and a few stories that you can recycle to answer any type of question, e.g. "when did you show leadership" or "when did you show good problem-solving" etc. Most people only prep the cases but don't have good answers for behaviorals, so make sure you prep equally for those!
