Visiting Associate

The whole interview process is conducted in one day, which means that in the end of the day, you know whether or not you get the offer. Before the interview day, BCG offers you to come in to their office for an informal case-training day, where they explain how the interview day will be conducted and then they do a case on the spot, so that everyone can more or less get an impression of how the interviews are held.

On the interview day, theres is an IQ-test and 2 round of interviews.
The IQ-test is from 8.45 - 9.30. Every round of interviews consists of 2 interviews of each 50 minutes length. Each interview is (depending on the interviewer) more or less 20-25 minutes personal fit and 20-25 minutes of case-solving.
1st round of interviews is from 10.20 - 12.00, and are conducted by Consultants or Project Leaders.
At 12.00, BCG provides you with lunch and here, they will also let you know if you have proceeded to the next and final round (partner interviews).
2nd round of interviews is from 13.00 - 14.40, and will be conducted by Principals or MDPs (Managing Director and Partner).
Then around 15.00, you will know whether you got the offer or not.
