Please describe the interview / hiring process.
For my internship position I had to go through an online assessment (which was basically applied math test), and then two rounds of two interviews each. Interviews started with introducing ourselves and then they asked very chill, conversational questions which appear to be the "fit" part of the interview. They may throw in some of the unusual fit questions, but nothing too crazy. One guy asked me how would I explain consulting to my 80 years old grandma. After the fit part of the interview the case part takes place, finished off with the questions for the recruiter. The cases were not too difficult in my opinion, and the recruiters werent too difficult to work with either, they genuinely want to help you crack the case but they will not solve it for you. Overall it was a very nice experience although the second round really extended because I had like 2 weeks in between 2 interviews because they kept cancelling scheudled dates.
