I applied online through BCG's website. Contacted HR for a first round interview in Singapore in December. I went there and got invited to second round, but my second round was scheduled in March which I thought was a long delay. I had my second round and decision round in Singapore again in March, but was asked if I would be happy to join the Bangkok office. I thought it would be a great opportunity and accepted the offer.

Throughout the process I find BCG consultants easily the nicest/smartest people on earth (I interviewed with McK as well but wasn't too thrilled about the office culture). My only advice for candidates is: GET YOUR CASES DOWN! That and be enthusiastic during the interviews. You'll be fine!
