Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There were two interviews of forty five minutes each. The first one was with a principal in their retail group, while the second one was with a managing director in their operations group. The behavioral questions consisted of the regular bs: why this company, why this location, why this industry, etc. The cases were just analysis of graphs and charts, doing fifth grade math out loud and convincing them that your crappy idea is believable. Overall I had a negative experience.
