I applied for the job posting I saw on the young real estate professionals job board. They called me and asked me to come in for an in person interview where I met with one principal and the head of the lending practice. They liked me enough to invite me back to meet with the 2 founding principals. Once all 4 individuals got together and realized they liked me, they had me put together a writing and financial analysis sample so that they could evaluate my capabilities as a financial analyst.
