Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A recruiter from Bridgewater reached out to me asking if I was interested in applying. We had a short phone call about the process and then I dropped my application in and got a interview a couple days later. Interview was really just an interesting debate with two other students about something political but didn't involve economics information at all. Most stimulating interview I've had in a long time.
