Interview
The first round of the interview process was a phone screening with a recruiter. This initial conversation was structured to include a mix of behavioral questions and an open discussion about the company culture at Bridgewater Associates. The recruiter provided an overview of the organization’s unique principles-driven culture, emphasizing radical transparency and meritocracy. They then asked me to reflect on what I had heard about Bridgewater’s culture prior to the interview and invited me to assess whether I believed I would align well with their work environment and values. Presentation
Interview
I was asked to join a "info session" after being reached out to by a recruiter. The info session basically told you that you would be working nights and trading Asia. Then a HR call followed. However, when I got through the interview with HR and asked next steps, they told me that "someone was already in the final stages of interviewing, but she will still pass on my resume." This means they already had a candidate before the info session.
