Personality Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was referred by a current employee with my resume sent over and contacted by a recruiter in a few days.
1. A phone interview (that appeared informational but may be selective).
2. Then given personality tests (these are not just the 16-type test but also 3 other fancy tests on workplace capabilities).
3. After personality test was offered Superday and a video interview (yes, two at the same time).
4. Superday was 3 weeks later and was exactly as others said: a group debate plus an inquisitional 1-on-1. The 2-1 is discretionary and didn't happen for me. Got offer.
