Investment Engineering Internship

First call was a recruiter phone screen to go over interests and overall fit. Followed up with a group debate with 3 other applicants. Discussion question was not related to finance and interviewers were looking for ability to come up with ideas and defend your reasoning when questioned. 2nd round was a word problem. Wasn't too hard but there was a time crunch. Last round was a design question. Very open ended format with no right answer. Recruiters were very slow and interview process took 2 months more than I was first told.
