Client Service Associate and Management Support Associate

A recruiter reached out to me on linkedin about the Client Service Associate role. I interviewed with her via phone. I filled out three personality tests online and was given a link to a study on the company that featured videos and described their culture. I went in office and spoke to a Director and associate. I was given feedback afterwards by my candidate lead that I was liked but they thought the role wasn't a good fit because I wasn't others oriented. Was then offered an interview for a candidate lead role and I declined. The same recruiter reached out a few weeks to a month later asking if I'd like to interview for the management support associate role. I participated in a blitz interview with two other candidates and had a 1 on 1 interview with a director. Before the blitz interview I was given videos to watch and situations to read that displayed their culture. After this my candidate lead told me that I was again liked but that the role wasn't a good fit. He offered me an interview for an executive assistant role and I declined.
