Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was more relaxed than I had thought it would be. You are brought into a room with five or six other students being interviewed to have a group discussion about "important issues". After about 30 minutes of waiting, you are brought into a smaller room for a one-on-one interview about your background and how you would fit into the company. Within a week, the results of the first-round are revealed to you.
