Spent a couple hours filling out a personality test, etc. Was contacted several weeks later.
Got flown into NY and then chauffeured to Westport, CT. Did a group interview and then a couple of 1-on-1 interviews. Very personal, digging questions, they want to hear your motivations for everything. No technical questions, all behavioral/fit.
