Investment Associate Summer Intern

Originally reached out to several recruiters of the firm in October 2012. Had first contact with one of them half way through December and didn't hear back until end of March. The initial process was to fill out several personality/team working questionnaires to see if I was a good fit for the company. A week passed until I heard back from the same recruiter, informing me I had been selected for an interview and was introduced to the HR person who would be dealing with the process from that point on. For international interns Bridgewater only carries out 2 interviews on the same day. The first one consisted of a discussion on a qualitative topic with 2 interviewers constantly challenging my arguments (topic was if historical artifacts should be returned to their original countries or not). Second interview was with the second recruiter about life, values and what drives my day to day. Heard back 2 days after.
