Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online. Then received a personality test. Took me almost 60minutes to complete. After that, I was invited to onsite interview. It included two parts: group interview and one 1 on 1 interview. They asked to prepare a topic you would like to discuss before the group interview. As for the 1 on 1 interview, it was more like a "life" interview. Ask questions about the decisions you made and why. After that, I got a follow up phone interview. At least for me, it was an enjoyable interview. Really up to your personality.
