Management Associate

Emailed me for phone initial phone interview. Had to 7 more phone interviews (other phone interviews were with more senior people, psychiatrists, psychologists). 1 in person interview at the Norwalk location. They also make you do personality tests, myers briggs and a custom built one by pearson for bwater. Interview is always at 8am so rest up the night before. Everyone is really smart, had 3 Princeton and 1 Harvard grad interview me. The complex is like a military base (because of the crazy security!).
