Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview involved phone screen first, followed by a business analytics case (Excel based) but not too technical.
This was followed by an on site intervew with the following components:
- Group interview where interview candidates debate a philosophical/political topic
- Consulting case type interview with people on the team
- Lunch with the Team Leads
- 1 hour + interview with higher ups on the team to assess your drive, motivation, how you think, cultural fit (I.e can you handle brutal feedback, do you have intellectual humility etc)
