Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The candidates go to the company site for a group interview and a one-on-one interview. In the group interview, candidates will discuss some topics they are interested, and several Bwater employees will guide the discussion (or just simply observing the process). The one-on-one interview just a typical interview you will have, but the interviewers are very smart and they ask you very thoughtful questions
