The interview consisted of three hour-long sessions: one fairly typical problem-solving session, one debate session, and one culture/fit conversation session. The debate session was the most difficult part. It involved choosing a current affairs/political topic and conversing with two employees on that topic. The employees were not encouraging, and it was fairly difficult to make cohesive and clear points for the full hour.
