A recruiter reached out to me and asked me if I would be interested in learning more about Bridgewater. I talked the the recruiter on a couple phone calls totaling a couple hours. I then had a first round phone interview where we discussed Bridgewater's culture and some fit questions. I went to CT for the in person interview which consisted of a mixture of fit and ability testing questions. Overall a great deal of time was placed on fit and if you would do well at the firm. This is a place where you are interviewing them as much as they are interviewing you. Make sure you like the culture. Overall had a very positive experience and liked the people I met with.
