Trading associate intern

Bridgewater cold-called me a month before the interview, asking me to apply online and to take a personality test, which I did. Then two weeks later, they informed me that they are going to fly me to Connecticut. The onsite interview consisted of a group interview, in which every candidate was asked to prepare a "philosophical" question they want to discuss. Then we just sat there for an hour arguing on one of the candidate's question. After that, there would be an individual interview which has two interviewers, one junior one who is in charge of interviewing you and a senior one who is in charge of supervising him. The questions were mostly about resume, and nothing technical.
