Interview Questions
To preface - this is for TerraForm Power - the investment vehicle that Brookfield manages and uses to deploy capital in clean infrastructure across the world.

There wasn't anything unexpected by any means. It was a pretty simple process. The initial calls were not quantitative but rather you need to know your deal history on the resume. Not as much the particular metrics, but rather how the deal was structured, how you approached it, and so forth. The quantitative aspect was the model itself. Obviously you need to be comfortable building an LBO or levered valuation, as in my case I work in power. So less of a three-statement and more of a levered cash flow.
