Summer IB Analyst

Brookwood recruits regularly at my school for both interns and full time hires. They generally hire from two or three schools in the North Carolina area. I had a phone screen with an associate that was completely fit, and then an on campus interview with an analyst. This was also almost entirely fit if I remember correctly. The superday was more intensive, with 7 or 8 interviews. Two or 3 of them specifically were designated for technical questions.

Ultimately I did not receive an offer because there was a fit mismatch. Regardless I thought they were a great group of guys and seem like good people to work with. I would say it's a solid place to start your career if you're interested in the middle market.
