Intern - Generalist

Applied online, got back to me one day later with invite to Brown Advisory's information session. Went there, pretty sure everyone there got a first round phone interview with a junior level person. Next round was another phone interview with internship coordinator (not HR). Finally would be a Superday.

Things to note: purely behaviorial. It is completely a generalist program where you can kind of choose where you want to align yourself (from FI, ER, Private Client Portfolio Management, etc.) But as for FT, there is virtually no ER position available despite them advertising as such in the description of plenty of opportunities. Virtually every intern hired goes into the portfolio analyst position (basically a PWM portfolio management role).
