It was very straightforward with a 2-on-1 Zoom interview portion then advancing to an in-person interview at the Baltimore office.

The culture is very friendly with the people wanting to help out the potential candidates. There was a networking dinner prior which I highly recommend attending. The interview was with C-level execs as well as with current analysts. It was highly behavioral unless you indicated something technical, which lets them ask you some more nuanced questions (not technical though). There are 4 interviews on the Superday.

Questions included TMAY, why Brown Advisory, what is your leadership style.

There is also a group case study with 3 other candidates.
