Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Did a 1-1 zoom call with the head of the office. Then was called back to do an in-person interview with their head of business development and head of client service (spoke with each of them separately same day). Then was called back a few weeks later for another in person interview in their office with four people separately. Some were in senior roles and some were analysts. Then I got a call from their internal recruiter saying I got the job and had to undergo a background check before picking a start date. Background check consists of veryifying prior employment, drug test, submitting fingerprints, credit score check to see if you're a reliable person, pretty sure that's it. Since I was interviewing for an entry role the interviews were straight forward (why WM, asking about client service experience, do you follow the markets, what do you know about BBH, why BBH, etc).
