Graduate Program (Operations)

I applied via university's career website, took them about two weeks to reply and schedule a phone interview. I spoke to a manager and he asked two or three fit questions and mostly described the program, company etc. Then I got an email with links to shl tests i had to complete. A few days after doing the tests a recruiter called me to schedule an interview at their local office. Interview consisted mostly of the fit questions and going through my resume. I received an offer within a week and took it.
