What did the interview consist of?

Phone Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Very disorganized to be honest. Contacted by a Boston-based recruiter to set up a phone screen. Easy. Didn't hear anything for a while so I had to be aggressive (in a nice way) to push the process along. Then had 2 more recruiters reach out for another phone screen. Again, easy. Finally a real interview with an analyst in Fixed Income. It was their first time doing an interview and they had no idea what they were doing. All fit and lots of offbeat questions about my school / major.
