Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process began with a phone call form HR. The call was informative for the first 10 minutes. The interviewer transitioned into behavioral questions. Why Finance? Time of leadership? What is your biggest weakness? Tell me three things about yourself? Following that interview I received an email a week later with a second interview at the head quarters in New York. The interviewer was a senior VP from oxford. The first question he asked after reading my resume to himself for 5 minutes was "What is Babson?" I have been waiting now 2 months to see if I will be invited back for a second round.
