Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied thru my school's career website. There were a total of two rounds. The first round was a 2 on 1 on-campus interview with an analyst and an MD. Pretty straight forward questions, mainly behavioral and speaking about my experiences. A few technicals too, but simple Financial statement ones. The Super day was held on a Saturday two weeks later and involved a pre-night meet and greet. It consisted of 6 rounds of 20 minute interviews.
