Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online through their website and received a response back about a week later for an initial screening with a campus recruiter. Then was invited to the second round about 5 days later and had a second round interview with a VP that had a mix of behavioral questions - TMAY, Why IB, etc. - and then some basic technicals - accounting and valuation questions. I was notified of my super day invite 2 days later and had 3 2:1 interviews with analysts, associates, and VPs. The interview questions were pretty focused on LBOs and sell-side m&a scenarios. I was also asked questions on DCF modeling and how different changes to FCF affect a dcf. Fifty percent technical and fifty percent behavioral questions. The behaviorals were heavy on why Chicago and why the middle-market. Overall a great experience and honestly enjoyed talking to all of my interviewers. Was given an offer 4 days later.
