BGL HR Recruiter did an in-person visit on campus, spoke with me about the program and timeline. 1 month later, an analyst and an associate came and spoke with my class. Applied next day and emailed recruiter and associate I applied. First round was screnner and one tech. 2nd round was more techs. cut.
