Please describe the interview / hiring process.
All in all I had interviews with people from associate to partner. In total 6 interviews ranging from fit questions to typical technical questions (e.g. DCF, LBO, comps), questions about content of NDAs, SPA (basic though), M&A process. One interview also included a case study about how to structure a buy side project (mostly checking how creative one is in coming up with "out of the box" ideas). In general, fairly relaxed atmosphere. Interview partners came across competent and likeable. In uh end I took up the offer from a larger MM boutique.
