Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process began with an HR screen. It was fairly straight forward, asking for why I was interested in the position. Moved on to a phone interview with the director of my department. This required more in depth behavioral questions relating to my potential fit with the position. Was then selected for in person interviews which were conducted by the entire team. Finally, I had to present in front of the team and conduct an excel skills test after the presentation.
