Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process started off with a call with the HR dept in the US. The phone interview is just basic screening qns on why consulting, why cambridge associates and normal walk me through ur resume type of qns. Got through that round and next round was a series of interviews, starting off with 2 junior associate consulatants, who will ask qns on your personality, education and etc. Right after that there would be a case study and you would be interviewed by 2 senior consultant. They were playing the good cop bad cop role and wanted to see if you would falter under pressure. Case study was a bit tricky and they would sometimes pose qns that could throw you offboard. After the case study, you would be given 2 qns to write at least a 1 pager on. Qns was on Efficient market hypothesis and cant remember the other one. Was not prepared for the qns and i guess i did poorly in that section.
