Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial phone screen w/ a recruiter. Lots of questions about teamwork, problem solving, strengths, etc. Next is a super day onsite which consists of 4-5 1 on 1s, 2 of which will be cases. The cases involve getting a bunch of information about a CA client and their investment needs, you essentially need to make recommendations as you would to a client. After the four interviews an associate will take you to lunch.
